Your Menopause Coach

I’m your all-around coach for everything: Health, Nutrition, Personal, Life… and Menopause.

Through my certifications, I’ve found I love helping women rediscover the best versions of themselves — the parts that may have been tucked away being a wife, mom, daughter, friend, or breadwinner. Now, midlife and pre-/post-menopause may be changing what that looks like.

In the past, women were told “just deal with it” or were too embarrassed to discuss hot flashes, vaginal dryness, peeing your pants just breathing, or wanting to rip your partner’s head off for chewing too loud. Guess what? It’s normal — and there are ways to not just deal with it, but thrive and take control!

Certified through Girls Gone Strong (GGS) and Menopause 2.0 with Dr. Stacy Sims, I work alongside you using five main principles:

01: Your Unique Journey.

Your journey is different than your mom, sister, best friend, or co-worker. Hormones fluctuate, bodies change, lives change. You are unique, and so is your path.

02: Adapt, Don’t Just Accept.

We’ll change what we can and find alternatives for what we can’t. Menopause isn’t a problem to fix — it’s a life transition that deserves respect and time.

03: Keep the Big Picture in Mind.

Menopause brings a bag of changes. Your body is a connected system, so sometimes trial and error is part of the journey.

04: Focus on What You Can Control.

Sleep, nutrition, and exercise all impact your symptoms. We’ll work on the things that are in your control.

05: Set Goals, Take Charge.

The 20-Week Slowdown

Take a deeper dive at a manageable pace. Each topic gets two weeks, giving you time to absorb, practice, and adjust.

Ideal if you want to explore more details and focus on your goals without rushing.

The 40-Week Deep Reset

Full transformation over 40 weeks. Each topic gets two weeks, plus periodic check-ins every 4–5 weeks to reflect, re-evaluate, and adjust your plan.

  • Weekly 60-minute call/Zoom

  • Optional monthly group meeting
